Since 1994, Martin has supported clients with strengthening leader, manager, individual contributor, and organizational effectiveness. As a facilitator, he is certified in Blanchard's SLII® (formerly Situational Leadership II) and Management Essentials® programs, Crucial Conversations ® for Mastering Dialogue (Crucial Learning), Birkman’s High Performing Teams, and other impactful programs.  As a learner, Martin consistently seeks to elevate his personal and professional effectiveness. To that end, in 2023 he obtained Erickson Accredited Coach (EAC) credentials as a solutions-focused coach.  The accreditation was an intensive step on the path toward ACC level accreditation (targeted 2024) with the International Coach Federation.  Martin has a keen ability to connect with people at all levels - inspiring them to apply what they learn.  Whether your audience is 10 or 100, you can expect results, engagement, relationship, and inclusion. 

Martin’s commitment to clients extends before, during, and after implementation.  He fosters strong rapport with your internal team, and seeks to clearly understand and communicate the intersection of the content and your business.  Through Inspired!, Martin (and his network of proven facilitators) works hard to apply what he learns about your culture and business in the learning environment, and facilitates an inclusive experience so that all learners feel their contributions are both heard and appreciated.   

Martin has inspired participants at organizations such as: Abbott,  Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Christiana Care Health Systems, the Harvard Business School, MasterCard International, Michelin, the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Siemens, United Technologies, and Verizon Wireless - to name a few.   Martin is a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Neumann University.  He also served honorably for eight years in The United States Marine Corps, and received the Marine Corps' highest graduate honor (The Leatherneck Award) upon commencement from  Parris Island.
